Los mexicanos triunfan en los Oscares .

Los mexicanos nuevamente alzaron la mano en la máxima premiación del séptimo arte, esta ves de la mano del cineasta mexicano Alejandro González Iñárritu, y por segundo año consecutivo el fotógrafo Emmanuel "El Chivo” Lubezki.

Alejandro González Iñárritu se llevó las 3 mas codiciadas estatuillas de la noche por su película Birdman, entre la que destaca "Mejor Guion Original", "Mejor Director" y "Mejor Película", mientras que Emmanuel Lubezki obtuvo el reconocimiento por segundo año consecutivo "Mejor Fotografía" esto después de que el año pasado su trabajo en Gravity le dio el mismo galardón.

Por último Iñárritu se refirió a sus paisanos de la siguiente forma:

“Quiero dedicarle este premio a mis compatriotas en México, ruego para que podamos encontrar y tener el gobierno que nos merecemos, a la generación de inmigrantes que están viviendo en este país, para que puedan ser tratados con el mismo respeto y dignidad que la gente que llegó antes. México tiene talento y esta noche ha quedado demostrado.”
